Training for BCT
How do you train yourself for BCT? I haven't done the 1-1-1 Physical Fitness Assessment and I want to prepare myself for it. For those who don't know, the test consists of one minute of push-ups, one minute of sit-ups and a timed one-mile run.
Do you run once or twice a week? Do you work out? Can you suggest a work out routine for BCT and the accessment?
